STORY
Awakened with no memories, in the year of 1880. You find yourself in a cave in small country, Schadel, located in central Europe and populated almost entirely by undead.
The South German Federation stands as the only ally of Schadel.
The North German Federation, in their expressed desire to unify Germany by force, might invade both Schadel and the SGF at any moment.
All the while the cult of entropy, a group that wishes destroy all living and unliving beings, works to find and awaken their lost leader.
Watch from the sidelines or choose to be active participant in the events of this world, it's up to you.
FEATURES
Time and Day Night Cycle
By default, one real life second is 60 in-game seconds (it can be changed in the settings, but the game was made with this speed in mind).
Most NPCs have schedules they follow daily. Most consist of just going to work and going back home later.
The position of the sun changes through the year.
At night stars can be seen.
The weather can vary, from clear sky to very cloudy. In the cloudiest weather there is rain.
Leveling System
There's no level cap, but the amount of XP to level up is determined by:
((pow(Level+1,3)) * 20) - (pow(Level,3) * 20)
With each level up you gain 1 Attribute Point and 7 Skill Points.
The Attributes are: Intelligence, Power, Dexterity, Charisma, Luck
The Skills are: Logic, Lying, Charm, Reflexes, Melee, Guns, Stealth
Dialogue System
In dialogue you might get an option that allows you to roll d100s (there's no rolling animation). Those rolls use an Attribute (example: Charisma) to decide how many dice you roll (if you have disadvantage you then use the worst roll, otherwise you use the best roll) and a Skill (example: Charm) to decide how much you add to your roll. Depending weather you succeed in your roll, the dialogue might proceed differently and you might get XP.
Quest System
You can choose per quest weather you want to track it. Tracking a quest means that it's quest markers might appear. Quest markers are red circles that can be seen through walls and point the way to go to fulfill a quest objective.
Combat
There's 3 weapon types: Melee, Gun and Throwable.
-With melee weapons, you can attack with [Main] and block with [Secondary]. Example: knife
-With a gun, you can shoot with [Main] and reload with [Reload]. Example: revolver
-With a throwable, you can throw with [Main]. Example: grenade
There's also spells that can be used through the action system. As of 0.0.1, no attack spells are available to the player (unless you use the cheat menu).
Action System
At the start of the game, the player has no actions.
An example of an action is the Slow Time spell (all spells are actions). When used, if you meet the MP (magical potential) requirement, time is slowed and you are made faster to compensate. How much time is slowed is determined by the character's intelligence attribute and how much it speeds you up is determined by your dexterity. But those attributes also increase how much MP it costs to use the action, so you can "hold back" on how much of your attributes you use. You can hold back by going on the action menu, clicking on the action and selecting "configure" option.
To use an action, it needs to be in the current action set. Each action set can have up to 4 actions and you can have as many sets as you want. When you have more than 0 actions in the current set, it will display the actions on the bottom left.
[Action 1/Up] to use the 1st action in the current set.
[Action 2/Right] to use the 2nd action in the current set.
[Action 3/Down] to use the 3rd action in the current set.
[Action 4/Left] to use the 4th action in the current set.
[Next Action Set] change current action set to next one.
[Previous Action Set] change current action set to previous one.

CHEATS
If you want to try features that can't be accessed through normal play yet or just want to goof around, there is a cheat menu I made for debugging the game.
There's two ways to access it:
-Pressing numpad9 will open the console. From the console you can press the button that says cheat menu. The console will be in front of the cheat menu, so you will have to close it to use the cheat menu.
-With the main menu open in-game you press the run button, while holding the Character Screen button and the move foward button.
This is an early version of the game and thus likely to have bugs and unfinished content.
The save system was designed in a way so saves from the current version are very likely to still work in future versions of the game.

Install instructions
1. Download the ZIP
2. Extract the ZIP wherever you want.
3. To run the game, run the executable named "ElderLich.exe"
After you run the game for the first time, you will be able to find the screenshot folder and save folder at: "AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Elder Lich"
